Our Signature Branding Sessions
Session Time Line
10 AM Arrival on Session Day at our studio
Sit back and relax in our glam room while you get pampered! Make sure to arrive with a clean face and prep your skin by drinking tons of water and not trying any new skin care leading up to your session.
Professional Makeup + Lashes
Playing dress up in our client closet is one of our favorite parts. We will pick your fav outfits to wear during your session and then get to work! The week before your session we will schedule a Zoom so we can go shopping in your closet and Tracey will help you choose 5 outfits to bring to the studio.
Wardrobe Selection
With Tracey’s step-by-step posing guidance, you’ll never have to wonder what to do in front of the camera. She’ll guide your posture, angles, and expressions to help you feel confident and relaxed throughout the entire session. Together, you’ll highlight your most authentic energy and most flattering features—resulting in branding images that look polished, professional, and truly unforgettable.
The Shoot
Within two weeks of your session, we will have a virtual image reveal. This is when you will get to see all of your beautiful portraits, choose your final images for your collection, and customize your choices.
The Reveal
Our turnaround time for digital products is 2-3 weeks due to both our volume of clients.

Your wardrobe should tell your brand’s story. Whether that’s a sharp blazer, a cozy sweater, or your favorite bold statement piece—wear what makes you feel powerful and authentic. Bring a few outfit choices so we can create variety and capture every side of your brand.

Editing and basic level retouching are included in our image pricing, but you are going to be amazed out how great you look with our “less is more” approach. All of the final purchased images will receive the custom THP edits that make our images POP!

You will see your images during your virtual reveal within two weeks of your session day. During this time you will get to see all your your stunning images, select your final images and we will order your digital collection and products. Any images not purchased are deleted permanently.

Heck Yes! We offer interest free payment plans in house prior to your session! They’re super simple and flexible to set up and we can make your dream branding session a reality. We are always happy to discuss your interest free payment plan with you!

Obviously once you see your images you will fall in love with them and want to share them with the world, but unless we have your written permission your images will forever remain private from any public forum. If at any time, however, you change your mind one way or the other, let us know and we will be happy to cater to your request.

We’ll start with a quick call to go over your vision, brand style, and goals. Together, we’ll plan your wardrobe, and overall vibe so every detail feels intentional and aligned with your brand.
Lights, Camera, Session!

The fun part! During your session, Tracey will guide you every step of the way—coaching you through poses and helping you feel confident and natural on camera. This is where your personality and professionalism come to life.
Reveal + Retouch!

Within 2 weeks of your session, you’ll get to preview your images and select your favorites. We’ll refine and retouch each chosen image to perfection, leaving you with a polished gallery of brand-ready photos you’ll actually love using.
